Reply to Google reviews from the dashboard
Updated July 4, 2026
The Reviews tab pulls your Google reviews into the CRM — reviewer, stars, and text — so replying is part of your routine instead of a tab you never open. It needs your Google Business Profile connected.
- Open a review. For a head start, generate the AI draft reply — it's written from the reviewer's name, rating, and comment.
- Edit the draft until it sounds like you. Especially on critical reviews: acknowledge specifically, never argue.
- Send — the reply posts to Google and shows publicly under the review.
Note: Replying to reviews — good and bad — is one of the highest-leverage reputation habits a restaurant has: future customers read your replies as much as the reviews. Review *requests* are automated separately — see What customers hear from you.
