KitchenRush
Accessibility Statement
Updated · June 16, 2026
KitchenRush, operated by Alis Industries, is committed to making our platform and the restaurant websites and ordering experiences it powers usable for as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies.
Our approach
KitchenRush is built around semantic structure, readable typography, touch-friendly controls, keyboard-reachable actions, visible focus states, and contrast-safe theme tokens. Restaurant owners can customize the look of their site, while the core ordering, menu, contact, and policy flows remain governed by shared platform components so accessibility improvements apply broadly rather than to a single site.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines requirements for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, covering areas such as color contrast, keyboard operability, focus visibility, text alternatives, and predictable navigation.
We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the primary reference when designing, building, and reviewing shared components, and we work toward meeting its success criteria across the platform.
Ongoing effort & known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time milestone. We regularly audit shared components, address issues as they are identified, and fold accessibility into how new features are built. As templates and tools evolve, we re-test so that improvements apply across tenant sites rather than only one restaurant.
Because the platform is actively developed and individual restaurants can add their own content (such as menu photos, custom copy, or embedded media), some areas may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criterion at all times. Where we become aware of a barrier, we prioritize remediation. If you encounter content that is difficult to access, please tell us so we can fix it.
Requesting accommodations & reporting an issue
If you experience an accessibility barrier on KitchenRush or on a KitchenRush-powered restaurant website, or if you need information or a transaction provided in an alternative accessible format, contact us. To help us respond quickly, please include the page URL, a description of the issue you ran into, and the assistive technology, browser, and device you were using.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests and reports promptly and to work with you on a resolution or a suitable accommodation.

Our accessibility contact is [email protected]. We welcome your feedback and use it to keep improving the accessibility of the platform.
