Payout terms for restaurant operators

1. Payment processing relationship
Alis Industries uses Stripe to provide payment processing and payouts to restaurants on the platform. By enabling payouts through Alis, the restaurant authorizes Alis to collect, verify, and submit accurate business and owner information to Stripe for onboarding, verification, risk review, and payment operations.
2. Stripe agreements
Payment processing services for restaurants on Alis are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement. By accepting these payout terms or continuing with payout onboarding, the restaurant agrees to be bound by those Stripe terms as updated from time to time.
3. Accuracy and authorization
The restaurant confirms that the information submitted for business verification, banking, ownership, and tax reporting is accurate, complete, and authorized for use in Stripe onboarding. The restaurant authorizes Alis to share this information and related transaction information with Stripe as necessary to enable payouts and maintain account compliance.
4. Ongoing verification duties
Stripe and financial regulations can require new or updated information over time. The restaurant agrees to promptly provide additional information, documents, or corrections when requested so charges and payouts can remain enabled.
5. Acquirer disclosure
Stripe requires platforms to provide acquirer disclosure information to connected accounts. Restaurants should review Stripe’s acquirer disclosure as part of payout onboarding.
