The order status board

The order board answers the question every pickup customer asks out loud: "is mine ready?" Orders move across status columns in real time as your kitchen works.
- What customers see — the order's display number, the customer's first name only, the items, its status column, and an ETA. As an order finishes, it moves through to the ready/handoff column and then clears from the board.
- What never appears — phone numbers, emails, addresses, prices, or payment details. The board's data feed is stripped to the safe fields before it ever leaves the kitchen.
- Where it runs — the /order-board page on any screen near your pickup area.
Note: The board mirrors your kitchen pipeline — orders advance columns as staff bump tickets on the KDS, with no extra taps for anyone.
