Set your hours and delivery zone

Updated July 4, 2026

Your hours and delivery settings live in the Settings section. They control when your website accepts orders and which addresses you'll deliver to.

Business hours and prep time

  • Weekly hours — set open and close times per day, or mark a day closed. Ordering time slots are generated from these.
  • Prep delay — how many minutes you need from confirmation to ready-for-pickup; this shifts the earliest slot customers can pick.
  • Holiday closures — mark the dates you're closed so no orders slip in while you're away.

Taxes and lead times

  • Sales tax rate — the rate applied to orders at checkout (calculated on the food subtotal plus any delivery fee).
  • Same-day lead hours and large-order lead hours — the same-day notice you need on normal-size orders, and the notice for big catering-size orders. (Same-day lead applies to regular orders too, so it shifts your earliest available slot — don't set it high unless you mean it.)

Delivery zones

Delivery is part of the Growth plan, and it's off until you turn it on. When you do, you define your zone as a list of ZIP codes, each with its own delivery fee, and you can set a minimum order amount for delivery. At checkout, the customer's address is checked against your zones by ZIP — if their ZIP isn't in your list, they can't place a delivery order, so you never get an order you can't serve.
