Match payouts to your bank statement
Updated July 4, 2026
A deposit hits your bank and the amount doesn't obviously match a day's sales — that's normal (fees, refunds, and settlement timing all shift it). The payout history in Payments & Payouts exists to make that deposit explainable in one click.
- Find the payout in the history list — the amount and arrival date match the line on your bank statement.
- Expand a scheduled payout. You'll see every order charge inside it, along with any refunds and the fees deducted.
- The math is checked for you — the drill-down confirms the parts add up to the deposit.
Note: The order-level breakdown is available for your regular scheduled payouts. Instant payouts and manual payouts don't offer the same drill-down — their amount is whatever balance you moved, so reconcile those against your balance rather than a per-order list.
For your bookkeeper: a scheduled payout's breakdown is the audit trail — order-level detail per deposit, no spreadsheet stitching required.
