Legal pages, handled for you
Updated July 4, 2026
Every KitchenRush site ships with three legal pages — a privacy policy, terms of service, and an accessibility statement — so you're never the restaurant with a dead "Privacy" link in the footer.
- They fill themselves in — your legal name, brand name, address, and contact email flow into the documents from your business settings. Keep those settings accurate and the legal pages stay accurate.
- The structure is maintained for you — the templates are kept current platform-wide, so you're not maintaining legal boilerplate yourself.
- Clear disclosure — the pages state plainly that the site runs on KitchenRush and that your customers' data is yours: KitchenRush doesn't use your customer information for its own marketing.
Note: The templates are a solid baseline, not legal advice — if your situation is unusual (alcohol sales, franchising), run them past your attorney.
