Creator Program Terms

1. The Program

You receive a unique referral link. When a restaurant you refer becomes a KitchenRush customer, you earn rewards per Section 2. Joining is free. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Rewards

(a) Demo bounty: $100 for each qualified demo held within your first 30 days in the program. A qualified demo is a scheduled product demonstration attended by an owner or decision-maker of a bona fide, independently operating restaurant that you referred. Demo bounties are verified and credited manually by KitchenRush.

(b) Go-live reward: $1,000 (one time) when a restaurant you referred completes onboarding and pays its first subscription invoice. One go-live reward per restaurant business or brand.

(c) Rewards may be updated prospectively; changes never reduce commissions already earned.

3. Attribution

Referrals are tracked through your link using a 90-day, last-click cookie. If a restaurant signs up without your link (different device, expired window), we may credit the referral with documented proof of introduction, at our discretion.

4. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, the month after approval. Go-live rewards are approved after the referred restaurant's first paid invoice clears and is not refunded within 30 days. You must complete a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US) before your first payout. You are responsible for your own taxes.

5. FTC Disclosure (Required)

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to KitchenRush in every post, video, story, or message containing your referral link (for example: #ad, #sponsored, or "I earn a commission if you sign up"), as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides. Non-compliant content may result in withheld commissions or removal from the program.

6. Content License

You own the content you create. You grant Alis Industries LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reuse, repost, and amplify (including paid promotion and ad allowlisting) content you publicly post that features KitchenRush or your referral link, with attribution to your handle. Either party may end this license for future use with 30 days' written notice; existing placements may complete their run.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) refer yourself or a business you own or control; (b) bid on "KitchenRush," "Alis Industries," or confusingly similar terms in paid search or social ads, or use them in domains or handles; (c) send spam — all outreach must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and platform rules; (d) make false or misleading claims about KitchenRush, including income or results guarantees; (e) incentivize, fabricate, or coach demos that do not reflect genuine purchase interest; (f) represent yourself as a KitchenRush employee or agent.

8. Fraud and Review

We may flag accounts with unusual activity (for example, high demo volume with no conversions), hold related commissions pending review, and reverse commissions obtained through fraud or breach of these terms.

9. Term and Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination without breach, approved unpaid commissions are paid in the next payout cycle. Commissions are forfeited on termination for fraud or material breach.

10. General

You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of KitchenRush. We may modify these terms with notice; continued participation is acceptance. These terms are governed by the same law and venue as the KitchenRush Terms of Service at kitchenrush.app. Questions: [email protected].
