Enable delivery and build your zones

Updated July 4, 2026

Delivery is part of the Growth plan and lives in Settings. Flip Enable delivery and the delivery setup opens — your zones, minimum, and cash rules all live there.

Zones

  • A zone is a ZIP code with its own delivery fee — so close-in ZIPs can be $2.99 while the far edge of your range is $6.99.
  • Label zones for yourself ("Downtown", "North side") — customers see the fee, you see the label.
  • Toggle zones off without deleting them — handy when you're short-staffed and want to shrink the range for a night.

Delivery minimum

Set a minimum order subtotal for delivery so a single $6 order can't send your driver across town. Orders below it can still be placed for pickup.

Screenshot coming soon: The delivery settings with three ZIP zones at different fees and the minimum order field.
Note: At checkout the customer's address is checked against your zones automatically, so a delivery order can't be placed for a ZIP you don't cover. The street address is normally map-verified too; if the mapping service is briefly unavailable, checkout falls back to matching the ZIP alone (the street just isn't map-verified in that window). See How address checking works.
