Add your team

Updated July 4, 2026

You don't have to run everything yourself. Invite your team to the dashboard and give each person access to just the sections they work in. Team management lives in the Labor section, under its Team tab.

Note: Labor is part of the Growth plan — you have it during your trial's full access and on Growth or higher. On Starter after the trial, the Labor section (and team invites with it) isn't available; upgrade to Growth to manage a team this way.

Invite a team member

  1. Open Labor in the dashboard sidebar and switch to the Team tab.
  2. Enter their email and name — position and hourly rate are optional.
  3. Tick the sections they should work in — Orders, Catalog, Marketing, KDS, and so on. Each grant can be view-only or view-and-edit.
  4. Send the invite. They get an email with a temporary password and a sign-in link, and their sidebar will only ever show the sections you granted.

Access is deny-by-default — anything you don't grant stays invisible to a team member. Grant Labor to anyone who will manage schedules, timesheets, PINs, or the team itself.

Heads up: Known gap: the older Customers, Inbox, and Leads boxes don't currently light up the consolidated CRM section for a team member. If someone needs CRM access, grant the wired sections and confirm what they can actually see — this mapping is being fixed.

Kitchen PINs

Staff who work the kitchen tablet don't need a dashboard login — they sign in on the tablet with a personal PIN. Set each employee's PIN from the Labor section: 4 to 6 digits, and obvious ones like 1234 or 0000 are rejected. You can disable a PIN at any time.

Heads up: Permissions only apply to team members — workspace admins always have full access. Keep admin accounts to owners and managers you fully trust.
