Connect Stripe and get paid

KitchenRush uses Stripe to process card payments, and the money goes to your own Stripe account — not ours. Connecting takes a few minutes and you only do it once.
Connect your account
- Open Payments & Payouts in the sidebar.
- Start the Stripe setup — you'll be taken to a secure Stripe-hosted form.
- Fill in your business details and bank account. Stripe verifies your identity (standard for any payment processor).
- You'll land back in the dashboard with your account connected.
Your balance and payouts
- Available — settled money that can be paid out now.
- Pending — recent card payments still settling (typically a couple of business days).
- Instantly available — the portion eligible for instant payout to a supported debit card or bank.
Payouts run daily by default. You can switch to weekly (pick the day), monthly (pick the date), or manual — where nothing moves until you trigger it. Need money now? Instant payouts arrive in minutes for a 1.5% fee with a $0.50 minimum, which Stripe charges and KitchenRush passes through at cost — the estimated fee is shown before you confirm. Instant payouts have a $10 minimum and are capped at three per day.
For your regular scheduled payouts, the payout history maps each one back to its orders, charges, refunds, and fees — handy for reconciling your bank statement. (Instant and manual payouts don't offer that per-order drill-down.)
