Loyalty points and rewards

Updated July 4, 2026

Loyalty (part of the Growth plan) turns occasional customers into regulars: they earn points on orders and spend them on rewards you define.

Earning

Out of the box, customers earn 1 point per dollar and climb tiers as lifetime points grow — Bronze from the start, Silver at 500, Gold at 1,500. (The earn rate and tier ladder are configurable in the platform, but there isn't an owner-facing screen to change them today, so plan around these defaults; reach out to support if you need them adjusted.)

Rewards

Rewards come in three shapes. Like the earn rate, they're configured for your account with support today rather than through an owner screen — and one-tap redemption at checkout is part of the loyalty rollout — so tell support the reward menu you want:

  • Money off — a fixed discount for a points cost ("$5 off — 500 points").
  • Percentage off — a percent discount for points.
  • Free item — pick the product ("Free garlic naan — 300 points").
  • Each reward can carry a minimum order size, and you control the order they're shown in.
Screenshot coming soon: The three reward shapes — money-off, percentage-off, and free-item — each with a points cost.
Note: Under the hood, redemption is built to be safe: the ledger guarantees a reward can only ever apply once per order — retries and double-taps can't double-deduct — and it's designed to work on both card and cash orders.
