Add a second location

Updated July 4, 2026

The Locations section (Pro plan) is where your brand grows. Add location creates a fully independent restaurant under the same brand — its own menu, orders, staff, and payouts — with your branding carried over.

  1. Hit Add location and enter the basics: location name, phone, address, and contact email.
  2. Choose its web presence in the form. Either way, the reliable path today is the location's own kitchenrush.app address, which it gets immediately (see the note below) — connect a custom domain when you're ready. (The "page on your brand site" option, where the location would live at brand.com/{location}, is part of the multi-location hub that's still rolling out, so don't count on that URL yet.)
  3. Choose its menu: start fresh, or copy this location's menu — items, sizes, and modifiers cloned as an editable starting point. Prices and stock stay independent from day one.
  4. Finish the new location's own onboarding: connect its Stripe account for payouts and its email sender. Money and mail are per-location on purpose.

Note: The new location gets its own kitchenrush.app address immediately, and you're its admin from the moment it's created — switch into it from the sidebar and set it up like you did your first.
