Connect Square POS and QuickBooks

Updated July 4, 2026

Two connections for restaurants with existing systems:

Square (Point of sale)

If Square runs your register, the Square card connects it as a POS integration — sync between your Square setup and KitchenRush so you're not maintaining two sources of truth. Note that online checkout payments run through Stripe; Square's role here is the POS connection.

QuickBooks (Operations)

Connect your QuickBooks account so your workspace is ready for owner-facing revenue and expense views in the portal. Today the connection is the secure link itself — you authorize QuickBooks, and the card shows the connection status. Deeper automatic syncing of revenue, expenses, and invoices into your books is on the roadmap, not live yet.

Screenshot coming soon: The Point of sale and Operations categories with the Square and QuickBooks cards.
Note: Also in Operations: Uber Direct — if you have your own Uber Direct account for courier dispatch, the card takes your Uber credentials and shows the connection's configured status.
