Scheduled orders
Updated July 4, 2026
Customers can order for later — tonight's dinner ordered at lunch, trays for Saturday ordered on Tuesday. Scheduled orders land in your queue right away with their desired time on the card, so you can plan prep around them instead of being surprised.
- The card shows the time — sort your prep by desired time, not arrival time.
- Slots come from your settings — weekly hours, prep delay, and the same-day/large-order lead hours in Settings decide which times customers can actually pick, so you never get a scheduled order you can't honor.
- Edit like any order — scheduled orders can be edited or cancelled the same as ASAP ones until they're completed.
Note: Big catering-size orders respect your large-order lead hours (48 by default) — customers can't schedule a ten-tray order for an hour from now.
